By default, we only carry out a light clean on send-in consoles to remove loose debris and prevent contamination in our workspace.

This Deep Clean Service is for send in customers who want their console they send in to be cleaned to the same professional standard we apply to all of our prebuilt systems, we do not offer this as a standalone service for non send in customers.

Service includes:

• Full disassembly of the console

• All plastic parts washed and dried

• Chassis sanitised and thoroughly cleaned

• Heatsink removed from the motherboard

• Fan removed from the heatsink

• Old thermal paste removed and ready for fresh application

• Fan fully washed and dried

Your console will be returned dust-free, fresh, and ready to perform at its best.
